Whether you're interested in child care, early childhood education, teaching, or simply love helping kids learn and play, Burn Boot Camp is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Paid Child Care Apprentice Program.
No previous child care experience? No problem. We'll provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
- Help create a safe, welcoming environment for children ages infant through 12
- Lead games, crafts, and age-appropriate activities
- Build positive relationships with children and parents
- Learn child supervision and safety best practices
- Keep the Child Watch area clean, organized, and engaging
- Support check-in and check-out procedures
- Work alongside experienced Child Watch leaders
